FIRM'S ESTATE PLANNING PROGRAM:
1. FREE
CONSULTATION: We provide a free consultation to all interested
in estate planning, during which we review each individual client's wishes
and needs for business and estate succession for both large and small estates.
2. We will
recommend a course of action best suited and custom tailored to the client's
needs and desires, identify all documents necessary to do so, which may
include Wills, Trusts of all types, Powers of Attorney of all types, and Healthcare
Directives.
3. We then
quote a flat fee should the clients chose to engage our firm to handle
preparation of all documents necessary to obtain their estate planning
goals. We will also follow through with many ancillary items which are
not provided by many law firms, to include checking ownership and beneficiaries
of life insurance policies, preparing transfer deeds, and any necessary
documents for transfer of assets of any type into Trusts. These matters
are typically left to the client or simply left unfinished.
4. We will
review your estate plan for you again in the future when changes in the
law or your life occur. We strongly recommend that estate plans are reviewed
when major changes, such as death, divorce, marriage, birth, or getting
into, or out of, businesses and major investments occur. |
