Ty Wilson began practicing law at a national law firm where he worked on a variety of cases, including patent infringement, product liability, legal malpractice, and personal injury. Since this time, he has been involved in each stage of civil litigation—pre-suit diligence, discovery, pre-trial motion practice, trial by jury, and post-trial motion practice. He has briefed and argued motions in both state and federal courts on issues ranging from discovery disputes to the striking of expert testimony. Ty has also participated in a patent infringement jury trial leading to a favorable verdict. Currently, his practice consists mostly of intellectual property litigation.
Prior to working at the Davis Firm, Ty graduated magna cum laude from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Art degree. Ty then attended Baylor University School of Law, where he was a Senior Executive Editor for the Baylor Law Review and graduated magna cum laude.
