Federal Circuit Appeals

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit hears all patent appeals across the United States.  It also hears appeals from certain administrative agencies and the U.S. Court of Federal Claims.

For patent cases and monetary claims against the federal government, the Federal Circuit is one of the most important courts in the United States.  And large law firms charge up to one-million dollars in legal fees to handle a Federal Circuit appeal.

We can handle those appeals much more efficiently. Our team has significant experience briefing and arguing cases before the Federal Circuit and includes a former law clerk to two Federal Circuit judges.
